M.A.D.E. Trainers provide the education you need to achieve your personal goals, including general health information and nutrition guidelines.  Receive a customized training program and get the feedback and accountability you need to be healthy and fit for life. Our personal trainers are fitness professionals with extensive knowledge and experience.  Let them motivate you and help you set goals to get, and stay, fit!

Morning and Midday Bootcamps are offered at 12PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and at 5AM Weekday mornings. Our camps will teach you creative ways to use your body as a catalyst to burn fat and build lean muscle.  Specialized Bootcamps are offered at 7PM nightly. Specialized camp themes vary each day. See the calendar for tonight’s theme!

MADE Run IT!- Every Sunday, see gym for more details.

MADE Accountable!- We have that accountability partner everybody needs in their fitness journey.

Running Class: Have a “Need for Speed”? Our running group will provide you with support and guidance, while also increasing your speed and endurance. The running group is available to anyone with a contract.

Zumba Class: Get a great workout with this energetic and fun dance-based fitness class. Drop the pounds and dance those calories away with Jocelyn’s mix of Salsa, Hip-Hop, Reggae, and more!

Is your schedule too chaotic to commit to classes? No problem! We have open gym hours available for members too!
