Our programs include bootcamp, cardio classes, and personal and small group training.

Bootcamp prices vary depending on the length of contract; however, we have several non-contract options, such as the regular drop-in fee of $20 or 5 for $75. Stop in for a free trial and we will gladly discuss which option will work best for you.

Prices for personal training very depending on the frequency of your training. We do require a 6 month commitment as this is the minimum time we need to guarantee optimum results. Contact us to schedule a personal training consultation to get started!

No, we are not a “CrossFit” gym. We have many different training styles, including, but not limited to, athletic training, rehabilitation training, as well as physique and bikini competition training. All of these different training methods allow us to train anyone, at any fitness level.
